We're a small team and every message is read and answered by a real person, so we may not be fast — but we do read every genuine email.

What you can write to us about

• Corrections. If you find something wrong, out of date, or easy for a beginner to read backwards, tell us exactly which piece and which line. If it checks out, we'll fix it and log it on the corrections page.
• Partnerships. Content partnerships, republishing permission and similar — you're welcome to get in touch.
• General questions. Got a question about the site itself, or about some chart-reading concept? Ask away. We can explain a concept, but we won't give an opinion on "should you buy, and what" — that's outside what we do.

One thing we can't help with

This has to be said up front so you don't wait for nothing: WickRead is not Binance, and not Binance support. We're an independent chart-reading teaching site with no affiliation to Binance, and we have no access and no channel to deal with your Binance account.

For any of the following, writing to us won't help — please contact Binance directly:

• Can't log in, account restricted, forgotten password, two-factor problems;
• Deposits, withdrawals or transfers not arriving, or anything to do with funds;
• Identity verification, face check, KYC, raising limits;
• Orders, fees, referral crediting and other account-level matters.

Only Binance can handle these. Reach them through the support entry on the official Binance website or app — that's the only reliable channel. Handing account details to a third-party site (including us) not only won't fix anything, it carries a real risk of being scammed — please be careful.
